A leading Consulting IT firm is looking for AVP - Microsoft Technology - Diversity in Hyderabad.

Exp: 15yrs

Location : Hyderabad

CTC: 37lpa

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 150-200 Architects, Business analysts, team leads, quality assurance, infrastructure, and project management professionals.

- In partnership with US, you will collaborate with internal IT leaders, stakeholders. Adopting the People First Strategy.

- Drive strategic vision

- Participate in building a strategic road-map for the organization, along with senior technology leadership and other stakeholders.

- Develop operational forecast and budget for area of responsibility and manage expenses to budgeted goals.

- Build good working relationship with the business stakeholders and the US counterparts

- Collaborate with multiple PPMD's and Channel executives, channel leadership, internal IT leaders, stakeholders, and - senior business constituents to ensure seamless client service

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 15+ years of experience, leading technology innovation, with hands-on Tech Contributions.

- Expertise in business focused software solutions and technology services delivery from an enterprise perspective.

- Global experience in Delivery Management, Development Management, Business Relationship Development

Work timing : 11 am - 8 pm
