Assistant Vice President - Talent Acquisition - IT (10-15 yrs)

We are currently retained by a leading global IT MNC to manage Lateral hiring for their Tech/IT Business Unit. This is for US based IT MNC with a very large employee base in India.
Role : AVP -TA (Tech Hiring)
Location : Bangalore
This role will offer you a great opportunity to manage leadership hiring on some leading technologies and provide you a great platform to take your career to the next level as a Talent Acquisition Leader.
To qualify you must have the following :
- Have managed talent acquisition for Lateral Hiring for a growing organization on a variety of IT Positions
- Strong Operational experience in terms of forecasting, planning and budgeting
- Expertise in setting up best practices in terms of sourcing from multiple channels especially social media
- Ability to set up large scale recruitment processes and mentor and groom the team on understanding job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD
- Strong stakeholder management skills to engage with business leaders on their requirements and manage expectations
- Proven experience of scaling up an organization
- Strong hands on experience of hiring hard core tech talent in the past
To qualify you must be a full time MBA with strong experience in Talent Acquisition with multiple MNCs
