Talent Acquisition ( AVP Level) Organization : is into health insurance - Role will 5 matix reportees and total 20 as extent team - Prefered national hiring or hiring for large region with focus on mass hiring or volume hiring - PAN India role - Handling the entire gamut of recruitment activities from gathering requirement from the BU till getting the candidates on board. - Responsible for implementing and assisting the development of effective recruitment strategies in order to attract and screen high quality entry level to experienced senior level candidates in specific functional areas within TAT. - Handling Volume Hiring for Sales Profiles - Ability to source, screen, assess, and hire candidates per the organization's and stakeholders expectations - Recruit candidates through proactive market research/job portal search, Internal referrals, IJPs and on-going relationship management with vendors; conduct in-depth screenings of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences - Seek appropriate Job approvals, position requests, Job descriptions, and maintain its records. Vendor contracts and its renewals - Effectively develop and execute recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking processes - Administer Psychometric tests and collate its results (as required) - Own and manage recruiting metrics such as Quality of hires, TAT, interview-to-offer ratios, renege management, contracts and such - Work with the HR Head to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates. Seek approvals (if required) on any outside of predetermined parameters - Work with HR Operations to initiate the Background verification processes and sharing of the required candidate details - Effectively manage Buddy program and its proper review and revision (as required) - Prepare/provide the defined recruiting metrics - Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives such as Workday, ATS data and market researches
