Our client is a global financial services company that has a strong presence in India.
- Responsible to hire around 400-500 employees per year from entry level to VP/SVP level for Operation business.
- The hiring number may increase to 800 employees per year depending upon the requirements.
- Identify the gaps and provide recruiting solutions to the business.
- Introduce different hiring strategies to meet the TAT and build the pipeline.
- Take various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
Preferred Candidate :
- Experience: 10+ years in volume hiring for operations business.
- Ability to strategize and execute.
- Manage and influence senior stakeholders
- Good in number crunching.
