Job Summary:-

The Recruitment Manager will oversee the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan. The role supervises recruiting capabilities and oversees the recruiting process for either a large or many account(s) or Capability Group(s) with a large recruiting demand plan. The Manager will lead a team of 20-25 Recruiting professionals. Responsible for hiring for both lateral & niche segments.

Key Responsibilities:-

Strategic:

- Define and set the strategy for meeting recruiting demand for a small/medium, complex part of the organization (e.g. a small to medium-sized client group, operating unit, capability group, country) in coordination with the GU Recruiting-AP or Senior Manager and ensure that it is in line with the company's business strategy

- Assist in the creation of and provide input to the Recruiting Plan

- Help hiring processes are effective, and recommend process improvements

- Collaborate with key leadership on profile development and assist in supply and demand planning to meet overall business objectives

- Provide external marketplace intelligence/industry trend analyses to the GU Recruiting AP/Sr. Manager, the recruiting team and stakeholder group

- Monitor external competitor analyses and recommend adjustments to recruiting strategies and processes as needed

- Accountable for consistency of messages

- Monitor the company's image in the marketplace

- Define and customize selling messages delivered to applicants

- Develop market compensation strategies

- Influence decisions made affecting recruiting organization

- Participate in strategic projects/initiatives impacting the Recruiting, HR or GS Organization

Operational:

- Develop expert knowledge of recruiting demands and skills profiles

- Oversee team to execute Recruiting Plan and meet targets

- Responsible for coordinating a large recruiting pipeline and meeting recruiting targets

- Act as a main point of contact with external vendors/agencies; participate in contract negotiations and management

- Collaborate with recruiting and sourcing experts to gain a thorough understanding of the resource planning process and recruiting demand, marketing messages and best practices

- Provide external marketplace information to recruiting team and business organizations

- Gather, evaluate and report external competitor intelligence

- Screen applications and select candidates

- Coordinate and conduct interviews

- Supervise recruiting events and sourcing activities

- Oversee contract management and post offer management

- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns

- Responsible for Channel/Source Management (in some GU- s)

- Oversee referral process of applicants

- Ensure update of recruiting database and tools

- Oversee completeness of recruit files

- Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions

Supervision:

- Supervise a small to medium team of recruiters and delegate work appropriately

- Responsible for the career development of team members (training, supervision, evaluation, promotion recommendations)

- Facilitate team work and process integration across the recruiting team

Cooperation and Communication:

- Serve as a main point of contact for stakeholder group to understand their business objectives and fulfill recruiting demand

- Frequent interaction and manage relationships with stakeholder group

- Communicate recruiting strategy, policies and procedures to team

- Deliver key marketing messages to recruiting team to ensure selling messages are integrated into the recruiting process

- Facilitate cross-team flow of information on tools and processes

Relationships:-

Reports to: GU Recruiting AP or Senior Manager

Supervises: Recruitment professionals and/or Channel Management and/or Operations personnel

Qualifications:-

External Relationships: Channels/Sources (Universities, Search Firms, Internet Job Boards, organisation Alumni, etc.), Recruiting and/or HR Organizations

Knowledge and skill requirements :-

Work Experience: 12+ years of relevant work experience

Work Requirements: Some travel may be required

- Strong understanding of the company business objectives and organizational structure

- Strong understanding of the company position in the market place

- Very strong/deep understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization, systems and tools

- Deep understanding of recruiting profiles

- Very strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures

- Deep screening and assessing interviewing skills

- Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan

- Understanding of GU specific issues and cultural issues

- Deep knowledge of one or more specific workforces, operating groups, or capability groups

- Understanding of recruiting performance measurement and target metrics

- Strong understanding of and skills in pipeline management and yield analysis

- Solid understanding of the external marketplace and industry trends

- Understanding of selling messages for each workforce in the organization

- Data analysis experience

- Solid analytical skills and problem solving skills

- Negotiation and relationship management skills

- Strong team player

- Very good leadership and coaching skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
