This is regarding opening with a Leading Pvt Bank as an Assistant Vice President Structure Finance
Experience: Minimum 6 to 10+ years of work experience in various financing structures.
Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
- Understanding capabilities are required to analyse diverse structure financial scenarios
- Constant interaction with internal relationship and coverage teams
- Creating pitches with funding solutions
- Preparation of analytical material for internal and external doability assessments - cash Flow models, information dockets, and so forth.
- Working on placements with the sales team and prospective investors
- Deal completion, including sanctions, documentation, and finance
- Interacting with the Finance team to structure and execute deals.
- Working both solo and as part of a teamUnderstanding capabilities are required to analyse diverse structure financial scenarios.
