Assistant Vice President - Stressed Asset/NPA Portfolio - Large Corporate - Financial Services

AVP - Stressed Asset/NPA Portfolio for Large Corporate (500 to 5000 cr) - Financial Services

To look after stressed asset/NPA portfolio related to accounts in order to do the following :

- Loan Recovery / Reconstruction

- Loan Restructuring with enhanced security

- Project / Business Take over

- Project Business sell of Sell down/Liquidation of security

- Any other / combination

- Close interaction with all business / vertical heads / functional heads

- Understanding of Legal aspect i.e Sarfersai, NCLT etc.

- Networking with banks/nbfcs/infra developers

- Build and nurture client relationship

- Negotiate with clients and formulate repayment plans.

- Liaise and coordinate with external agencies - legal / monetary / govt. for implementation of the exit plans and ensuring compliance.

- Drive collection related activities on an end-to-end basis
