It offers best in class skill development solutions to B2B and B2C to excel in their career prospects in various sectors like BFSI, Healthcare and other service domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Responsible for the complete strategy, operations and technology implementation of the organization. Incumbent would be responsible for:

- Assisting the Head of strategy & operations in complete business planning and budgeting for the organization.

- Support formulation of business strategy by collecting data from various sources and analyzing current internal and market trends

- Managing complete organization MIS and analytics to ensure organization is performing at the desired levels.

- Building and strengthening governance mechanism to ensure improved tracking and performance measurement

- Supporting in the process of managing communications with various internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure Compliance requirements from the regulator and provide clarifications where required to act as an interface on regulatory compliance

- Review operations of the business on a regular basis and support decision making

- Ensure all the project related deliverables / special requests are tracked and status updates are published on time as per the agreed format, frequency and quality.

- Managing a broad portfolio of technologies across the company.

Desired Candidate Profile:

a. Management Graduate from tier -1 business schools with 8-15 years of experience

b. Experience in - corporate strategy and planning roles will be an advantage

c. Should have experience of leading large scale technology transformation or experience of working in a startup
