Position description :

- To drive the company forward, we- re looking for a bright and talented - strategy- resource who will have a close working relationship with Managing Director and the senior management team.

- You- ll be asking questions and driving insight across the entire organization, and solving problems that range from customer acquisition to new product & city launches to supply chain efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

a) 4+ years- experience in Analytics.

b) 2-4 years of experience working in a consulting / Investment Banking

c) Strong analytical and sound problem-solving skills

d) Ability to communicate clearly to a broad audience throughout the organisation

e) Ability to create results through others

f) Proven project management skills

g) Strong quantitative skills and a solid understanding of what it takes to have P&L responsibility

h) Challenging mind-set

i) Discipline to deliver high-quality output

j) Excellent IT skills - super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

k) Fluent in English (written and spoken)

l) FMCG industry experience is a plus

Job Description:

You will report to the Managing Director and will have high visibility within UNIBIC's leadership team. Work is typically organized around project-based engagements and you will be responsible for:

a) Driving key strategic initiatives for the organization along with cross function stakeholders

b) Collection, synthesis, and communication of analytics and insights to drive strategies and decision making for executives

c) Working with top executives across the organization to shape and drive strategic agendas

d) Typical strategy projects may involve but not limited to the following topics

- Organic growth avenues - including increase in sales force productivity, product extensions, deeper channel and geography penetration

- Inorganic growth avenues - including new product categories and channels of distribution

- Optimize supply chain (back end and front end) across different product segments and channels of distribution

- Develop sourcing and continuity of supply strategies across key input commodities

- Analyze key market trends and come up with recommendations to executives
