Assistant Vice President - Solutions Delivery - Retail Sector (2-10 yrs)

Role Fit :

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven AVP.

- As part of our omnichannel strategy we want to offer solutions to large retail enterprises to help them manage O2O retail by provisioning or integrating their website, mobile app, POS, warehouse, shipping and marketing channels. The candidate will combine deep knowledge of online and offline retail and eCommerce, with keen analytical abilities and strong communication skills to advise and support our retailers. At this position you will be required to interface with clients at a sales and pre-sales level, help create solutions using internally available products as well as by integrating with third party vendors to create a full stacksolution for the retailer for managing their entire e-retail process.

- You will be responsible for primarily driving solution selling and project delivery and will also be responsible for overall strategy, partner and ecosystem development and business development.

- The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial professional with 7-12 years- in enterprise retail software space in a sales and/or solutioning role. He/shewill have strong critical thinking, demonstrated project management skills, the people and process skills to manage a rapidly growing operation and strong strategic thinking. The candidate will have a strong understanding of product and tech and how a solution can be built with product components available within the company as well as by forging partnerships with external partners.

KeyResponsibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for driving solution sales to large retail clients by creating an omnichannel offering across marketing, website, app, shipping, warehouse and middleware.

- Will manage and execute all functions in the division such as requirement elicitation, project delivery, account management, and partner & ecosystem management.

- Will manage and create partnerships with digital marketing platforms, inventory management systems, POS providers, accounting system providers, analytics providers with BPO companies to provide a single point solution for retailers who are being targeted for an omnichannel strategy.

- Create best in class retailer experience by designing a robust and scalable project management, training and account management process.

- Be responsible for retailer health and success by ensuring the strategic and financial objectives of retailers we onboard are being met.

- Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills which will enable - attract and retain- of top-tier talent in team and other cross-functional teams.

Qualification: Computer Science or Engineering degree + MBA from premier institutes

Work Experience : 7-12 years of experience from Retail, Supply Chain/Omnichannel Consulting

Skill Set :

- Strong leadership potential

- Work experience with consulting firms (in retail and software) in a solution designing, project management, pre-sales/sales or project delivery role is required.

- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and hold strategic discussions at CEO level.

- Background of building a team culture of high performance, inclusiveness, openness and honesty.

- You are well-rounded with proven business, leadership, analytical, project management skills and you have a desire to excel in everything that you do. You are able to meet tight deadlines and work across all levels of an organization.

- Experience in an organization providing and deploying enterprise and SaaS software solutions and professional services to enterprise clients (B2B) as well as SaaS and web based solutions will be very valuable.

- Ability to drive key business targets directly within the team and amongst other key stakeholders using KPIs

- Hands-on experience with data analysis and identifying key underlying business insights to help with overall strategy and direction of the business

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills with dynamic decision-making abilities in a high paced,high growth and delivery-oriented environment.

- Excellent leadership skills and ability to guide/mentor technical and functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions

- Honest, direct, responsible and transparent.

- Enthusiastic, engaged, pro-active, and creative team player, both within the operations team and the rest of the business.

- Empathic and with communication abilities.
