AVP - Social Marketing

Responsibilities :

- Social Media monitoring, Managed Online Branding, planning and executing multiple viral campaigns, Great design appreciation; Build Free Charges online brand love.

- Build robust social media and content calendars and develop and publish relevant content. Should be able to craft and then execute the content strategy in detail and have a deep understanding of what's share worthy.

- Skilled at the art of News jacking and leveraging it to Free charges advantage.

- Will be planning and executing multiple viral campaigns at brand and category level. Experienced in social media monitoring to get insights and tap onto initiatives which can generate brand delight and love.

- Responsible for measuring his/her functions performance and ROI.

- Responsible for the brand design on social media and online channels.

- Managed Online branding/social media budgets independently before. Will identify potential social media negative/crisis situations & apply conflict resolution.

- Skills Must have Should have worked on reputed consumer brand/s with experience of doing multiple large online branding/social media campaigns which contributed strongly to the brand building journey.

- Effective written communications, highlighted by clear and precise writing skills; and the ability to drive team/ agency partners forward to reach challenging goals.

- Should be able to craft and then execute the content strategy in detail and have a deep understanding of what s share worthy.

- Excellent written communication- Smart and Witty writing demonstration would be an advantage.

- Social Media monitoring Strong analytically should be able to measure social media effectiveness Good to have a Right balance of creativity and analytics.

- Great design appreciation. Managerial experience Hands-on Knowledge of social media analytical tools. Will do competitive research and bench marking.

- Will do crowd sourcing led content campaigns. Collaborate with other departments while planning the social media calendars.

Experience :

- 10-13 years experience in social media marketing

- Bachelors/MBA degree in Branding/Marketing/Digital Marketing preferable

- Excellent analytical skills w.r.t. to campaign numbers, engagement metrics, benchmarks

- Knowledge of SEO, SMM, SEM, ASO.

- Preferable past work experience in the field of social media, ad agencies, digital agencies, ad networks etc
