Role - Collection Strategy

Reporting - Head Collection Strategy

Location: Mumbai BKC

Job responsibilities :

- Responsible to drive projects specific to collections for multiple products

- Responsible for creating and delivering strategic plans for driving the Key KPIs for Collections Net Credit Loss and Cost

- Responsible to work on prediction models for projecting Cost and Net Credit Loss

- Should be able to engage with Head of Collections for various products to drive efficiencies in their respective products

- Engage with Business to identify opportunities of business growth and also create a dialogue to ensure smooth transition to collections

- Track and monitor that the Collections team is adequately capacitizied to handle the business volumes and projections for the year

- Engage with Finance to create Revenue models for Fee Collection and Overdue Charges

- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects

- Excellent in project management skills -closely monitoring each milestone in projects and highlighting critical areas/ dependencies

- Work closely on process automation projects and data analytics/scorecards to facilitate organization defined projects

- Good in execution skills to ensure meeting project deadlines and defined outcome

- Good in market/industry research and analysis and working on reports.

Desired Profile :

- 7-12 years of relevant collections experience in NBFC or banking industry. Candidate should be aware of end-to-end collections process and work on process improvement. Project Management experience will be added advantage.
