Qualified Chartered Accountant with a Hybrid Model

Office based at Lower Parel

Min 8 years or more experience in working in statutory auditor in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms).

- Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit / Indian GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP accounting services

Experience and Background :

- Have the ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions.

- Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time.

- Have strong soft skills like the leader

- Knowledge of European market

- It would be IC role initially then the team would be provided

- Work with the Audit Team to execute Statutory Audit-related services for clients

- Build and manage a team of Audit professionals

- The candidate is expected to work closely with the Director / Partner to build client relationships

- Have the ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions.

- Have strong soft skills like leadership, interpersonal, team and communication skills both verbal and written

Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships

- Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training

- Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross functional relationships

- Assurance Review of the financial statements

- Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication

- Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating training on assurance and accounting standards

- Preparing an engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members

- Work under strict timelines and at client locations

Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

- Good team management and interpersonal skills

- Awareness of reporting under IFRS and other GAAP's as may be required for the group reporting for various entities.

- Capable of spotting the issues and providing options for a solution

- Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws

- Excellent team management & client handling experience
