AVP Sales - Workforce Solutions Purpose of the Role : Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly, and annual plan. - Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation. - Manage sales team's performance (if applicable) to drive sales targets - Manage the entire Sales Lifecycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry - Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors' data, their offerings and pricing strategies - Ensure adherence to defined sales processes which may include mapping client expectations, documentation, handovers to the Operations team and client servicing team etc.
