Assistant Vice President-North ( Mutual Fund Sales ) We have been retained by an Asset Management Company to identify an Assistant Vice President-North (Mutual Fund Sales) to be based at Delhi. Job Purpose : - To increase sales (Asset Under Management) as per targets in addition to co-coordinating, managing and monitoring the activities of branches / sales force in the assigned region. Responsibilities : - Collect, analyze and distribute relevant market development information to support existing business and development of new business. - Responsible for Identification of new/prospective Institutional Investors and ensuring increase in market share with assigned existing Investors. - Increasing the Asset Under Management from key clients allocated - Keep track of competitor's activities, new business plans and customers, also strategies for business expansion. - Build a strong Client Relationship team and leverage that, to grow business. - Develop sales strategies and support the Zonal heads and team, to achieve them. - Encourage a positive, healthy and proactive attitude towards colleagues, clients and towards other service providers. - Sharing of best practices within the team. - Achieve gross revenue targets for the business - Seek to attain product profitability - Interact regularly with Team and ensure performance. - Conduct market research to identify the Ability to estimate market movements and take the necessary action for the same. Desired Skills : - Good expertise of Business development. - Ability to organise, motivate and create result oriented new business team - Ability to spot opportunities and convert them into business. - Excellent planning and analyzing skills. - Proven leadership ability to demonstrate trust, personal learning, collaboration and teamwork. - Strong leadership skills. - Strong relationship skills both internal and external. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate Profile : - Candidates can be Graduates, post graduates, Chartered Accountants / MBAs from good B schools with about 7 to 9 years- experience in mutual fund sales.
