Job Description The Assistant Vice President of Sales is a high character leadership role. The Assistant Vice President of Sales will be responsible for achieving financial targets related to SaaS product sales, meetings and additional services. Leads by example - Result-Driven: Proven ability to consistently achieve targets - Listens to customer &amp; assigns highest priority to customer satisfaction, including internal customers - Data-driven, great understanding of customer behaviour - Problem solver: Able to understand complex issues and provide effective solutions - Networker: Able to build and tap into a pool of established contacts - Strategist: To drive customer, revenue &amp; margin growth Responsibilities : - Develop and manage a team of dynamic sales professional for SMB, Inside and Channel Sales - Develop scalable and replicable sales processes - Strategize and plan Go to Market as well as execute to accomplish targets - Develop new strategies for revenue growth, including product expansion, market expansion, partnerships and alliances - Build and maintain ecosystem of partners ranging from referrals, resellers, and partners - Manage sales pipelines capable of achieving revenue targets and future growth - Focus on New Customer Acquisition, Retention &amp; Upsell to achieve revenue &amp; margin growth - Work with the product team to ensure 4Ps are consistent with sales strategies and customer needs - Share inputs &amp; feedbacks to improve the SaaS product - Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows, and expositions Accountability and Performance Measures: - Achievement of Sales, Profit and Strategic Objectives for the business unit - On-time Implementation of Sales Organisation quotas and performance objectives - Thorough implementation of Sales Organisation-impacting initiatives - Accurate and On-Time reporting essential of Sales Organisation Effectiveness
