Job Title: Assistant Vice President - Private Wealth (Offline Sales) Reports to: Vice President/CSO - Sales Working days: - Work from Office (Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 5.30 pm; Saturday (1st, 3rd and 5th): 10 am to 4 pm) Total Employee Headcount -400 employees plus Pan India Head Office - Lower Parel (Mumbai) ,Offices- in Worli, Thane and Malad Branches - Delhi & Bangalore 23,000 clients on board at the moment on Fintech Platform and the company intends to increase their client base to 1 lakh in 2.5 years from now and looking at someone who would be able to grow in that speed. Broader Role / Responsibilities : - The Assistant Vice President - Private Wealth will be responsible for handling team thereby helping and coordinating with the teams for acquiring HNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent) - Maintaining client relationships and generate Asset Under Management (AUM) from preferred clients. - Supporting team in advising Affluent clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients. - Helping team to Track the Affluent & Super Affluent Client segment in the market for new client acquisition - To research, investigate and update team on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into client's portfolios. - To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients. - To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities. - Team handling experience of at least 6 people. - Prior experience of working in a Broking/Private bank/wealth management set up. - Handle and manage clients with a minimum Investment amount of Rs 25 Lakhs and above. - Candidates having good vintage in their present as well as previous companies will be preferred.
