Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute strategy for exponential growth of the Company's business in Bihar, increasing the number of -distributors and retail outlets for the Company's products
- Develop strategies with Marketing and Trade Marketing for product promotion
- Ensuring, through the logistics and supply chain team, that the products are reaching the retail outlets in time to maximize sales
- Ensuring a robust and efficient cash collection process
- Build robust sales processes to minimize individual dependency in the business
- Leverage in the use of technology to the most optimum extent to maximize sales and removal of inefficiencies
- Driving a culture of performance in the team
