Job Role : Senior Manager / AVP - Sales

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Delhi / Kolkatta

Experience : 10-15 years

Salary : Rs 15-22 Lacs

Job Description :

1. Account mapping and strategic relationship building with existing and prospective clients.

2. Selling solutions involving Multi Line of Business

3. Developing strong relationships with the customers (mostly domestic) leading to deep understanding of their long-term business strategies.

4. Consulting and acquiring clients in Banking, Asset Management and Insurance domains for business

5. Analyse the Client Business with consultative approach and position the solutions to address the business needs and achieve business objectives.

6. Coordinated with presales, solutions and consulting teams in developing responses to RFP for both existing and new accounts

7. A single point of contact to the clients for sales, business development is concerned and Commercial negotiation with clients

8. A single point of escalation for delivery related issues and active involvement in issue resolution

9. Lead Generation & Prospecting : Lead responses to RFI / RFPs and presentations to new prospects

10. Responsible for managing a bid - end to end ownership of tracking and validating deliverables that go as responses for a bid

11. Interfacing with Internal & External teams to design Best Fit Solution responding to Client's needs and requirements

Desired Profile :

1. Banking and Insurance & Shared Services expertise preferred in Indian Banks or Indian markets

2. Non voice process experience preferred.

3. Good connects with CXOs

4. Excellent presentation and oratory skills

5. Experience in voice process will be an added plus

6. Proven performance
