Job Description :

- The role incumbent will report to VP - Business Development and will be responsible for entire business development for Indian Sales. He will interact will existing and new client, conduct research and competitor analysis and also conducts proposals and negotiation.


- Will strategise and craft solutions for the pre sales team along with the customer needs. He will be responsible for increase in revenue for the organization. The incumbent should be able to handle the pricing decisions within the scope of the Master Service agreement.

Candidate summary :

- We are looking for candidates with 10-15 years experience in which 5-8 years experience in business development from BPO/ITES background.

- Should have work experience in pre-sales with the following vertical - Healthcare, Insurance, technical support preferred.

- Should have good knowledge in rolling out RFP, RFQ etc

- Must have excellent client management and negotiation skills.

- Should have good stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
