Assistant Vice President - Risk Policy - Digital Partnership Segment

Job Description:

- Formulating and managing risk policies for various program offerings in partnership with Fintech LSPs;

- Monitoring of key metrices for existing partnership portfolios and ensuring risk is managed within acceptable benchmarks.

- Support new Partnership and program launches in Digital Loans space.

- Develop and manage partner assessment framework for evaluating new Fintech partners.

Support delivery of EoP AUM for Digital portfolio:

- Implementing policies through Business rule engine and introducing process automations to enhance credit checks.

- Co-ordinate with analytics for preparation of various management dashboards and tools for portfolio monitoring as well as conducting root cause analysis in case of portfolio concerns.

- Focus on operational efficiency through process changes and effective policy implementation.

- Aid conduct of audit (statutory/internal/operational risk etc) and help closure of points to satisfaction without any adverse comments.

- 7+ years' experience in risk policy or risk management in unsecured Personal loans business with focus on data driven policy formulation.

- Experience in Digital lending space with exposure to fintech platforms & partner led business acquisition is mandate.
