- About the Role: We are looking for an experienced RFP/DDQ Manager to join a high-performing Asset Management Fund Operations team.

- This is a fantastic opportunity for finance or business administration professionals with a strong background in financial services and a passion for supporting investor relations and ESG-focused initiatives.

- The role involves managing investor documentation processes including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), contributing to fund-raising efforts and day-to-day fund operations.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead the end-to-end management of RFPs and DDQs, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses aligned with ESG and investment reporting standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, operations, and investment professionals to gather content and data for documentation.

- Maintain and update a central repository for RFP/DDQ content to support efficiency and accuracy across submissions.

- Interpret and respond to investor ESG reporting requirements, including frameworks such as PRI, GRESB, and CDP.

- Support senior stakeholders in business development, fundraising, and investor engagement through effective documentation practices.

- Continuously improve documentation processes, controls, and content standardization.

Qualifications & Experience:.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

- 7-12 years of post-qualification experience in RFP/DDQ management, investor relations, or fund operations within Asset Management, Private Equity, or Banking.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment operations, and ESG reporting.

- Familiarity with ESG-related disclosures including PRI, GRESB, and CDP.

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
