AVP - Rewards & HR Operations
- Our client is a well known health insurance company based in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities :
- Design, evaluate and modify compensation & benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Supervise the HR Operations team who will manage the employee life cycle.
- Responsible for working with the bench marking consultant and understand the compensation philosophy.
- Lead implementation of HRIS and responsible for cost efficiency and process optimization.
- Design Incentive programs aligned to drive required business behaviour.
Preferred Candidate :
- 10-12 years of experience.
- Strong compensation and benefits understanding.
- Should have played active role in HRIS implementation.
- Ability to manage HR operations and supervise payroll.
