Job Description:

This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationship with Recruitment Delivery team across locations in India to better understand business requirement, job descriptions, and enable the TA Operations team members to fulfill the open demands by sourcing candidate profiles. The role will be accountable for driving sourcing strategy, MI and work collaboratively with Recruitment Delivery team to fulfill open requisitions on time.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Play a key role in managing end to end recruitment process keeping candidate experience and time to hire as key priority

- Build strong sourcing capabilities to supply quality profiles and fulfill open demands

- Collaborate with recruitment delivery team on any new capability or skill hiring to understand the JD/Role, train the TA Ops team

- Interact with business to understand the JD clarity and educate the TA Ops team on the hiring specification

- Problem solving and solution oriented - supply, diversity, skill, capability and time to close the position

- Escalation point of contact to address business / stakeholder escalations

- Responsible for any change management at local level

- Drive value projects for the respective SDO

- Build Market Intelligence and help with hiring strategy for the location

- Facilitate agreed MOS meetings at the location level with business or stakeholders

- To provide business insights, upcoming changes and customer feedback to the TA Ops team

- Own the relationship between HR Shared Services and Recruitment Delivery

Skill Requirements:

- 14+ years of HR and Recruitment experience in IT / ITES industry

- Recruitment at scale, ontime demand fulfillment on niche / super niche and leadership positions

- Sourcing Strategy to attract talent and build pro-active pipeline

- Vendor evaluation and vendor performance management

- Data management, analysis and presentation skills

- Good organizational and effective communication skills

- Project and Program Management

- Critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Lead and drive initiatives with quantifiable outcomes

- Cost management

Education Qualification:

- MBA in HR from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 university

- Other certifications will be added advantage

Other Requirements:

- Work timings: Regular India working hours, but flexibility is expected when needed

- Travel: With in India is expected as needed.
