AVP - Recruitment ( DST ) This role will be 75% as Talent Acquisition and 25% as HRBP - Responsible for PAN India recruitment across the distribution vertical. - Liaison with stakeholders for requirement of Front Line Staff for sourcing of Products. - Understand hiring needs and ensure the delivery of hiring needs within SLA. - Develop manpower plan for distribution vertical in line with Bank DST strategy. - Set Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly hiring deadlines per the manpower plan and TAT. - Design and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates - Ensure billing to the respective Regional Offices / Zonal Offices are processed according to the SLA - Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire, Cost of Hire are met - Managing the overall recruitment process in a fast paced scenario - Drive monthly, quarterly recruitment scorecard and KPI reviews with Head - HR - Analyse trends and variances to proactively deliver to business needs in consultation with the Stakeholders - Work with External vendors and recruiters in sourcing the right kind of talent required to support Distribution Sales Channel growth strategy - Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business needs during the year - Employee Data, Process and Cost Management - Collaborates with other Human Resources functions and other Stakeholders to achieve business goals. - Accountable for Business Human Resource goals like retention and employee engagement, performance management and development, employee relations, Grievance and Disciplinary management, employee lifecycle management. - Act as a Human resource consultant to business stakeholder for vertical Job Specific Skills : - Ability to partner with Business Function to address their needs and drive vertical hiring across functions - Should have prior experience in handling bulk hiring numbers - Should be able to maintain the fast pace recruitment - Stakeholder management to drive the volume - Understanding and exposure to Front line Staff hiring. - Understanding of Retail Assets & Liability business product line
