Job Description : 1. Minimum 14 years of BPO Experience, 6 years at Managerial Level handling 200+ FTEs 2. Minimum 10+ years of R2R/RTR experience is MANDATORY. 3. Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes 4. Responsible for day to day deliverables in the US, UK, Europe Clients 5. Responsible for customer satisfaction by meeting / exceeding all service levels as agreed with the customer 6. Responsible for client relationship management 7. Drive & achieve productivity enhancements 8. Identify opportunities to increase existing processes, reviewing the current lifecycle and new business 9. Own weekly/monthly management reports & highlight relevant gaps &/or concerns 10. Oversee migration & stabilization of new processes 11. Periodically review process & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance 12. Review FTE requirements, shift plans & capacity planning 13. Initiate, Execute & Facilitate process improvement initiatives/projects 14. Integrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client 15. Excellent Communication Skills 16. Quality, Six Sigma, Presales Experience will be added advantage but not mandatory. 17. Should be ready to work in CLIENT SPECIFIC SHIFTS
