AVP (Projects - Facility)


We are looking for AVP ( Projects - Facility ) for a leading Insurance company based at Gurgaon.

Job Location : Corporate HQ, Gurgaon

Education : Graduation Regular, Preference - B.Tech (Mechanical), MBA from a Tier I/II Institute or Architectural degree

CTC : Best in Industry

Reporting To : VP - Facility

Department : Facility Services

Experience : Minimum 10+ years in Facility Services for monitoring Pan India projects in industries like BFSI or any other setup with multiple locations Pan India model

Nature of the Role : Team Handling

Working Timings : 9 am onwards, 5 days working

Job Purpose :


- New office setup/relocation of existing offices 


- Responsible for opening of new office as per business plan


Lease & Occupancy Management

- Lease Management- Responsible for maintaining 500 plus leases and maintenance contracts for Pan India 212 offices

- Occupancy Management- Responsible for managing occupancy of pan India branch offices having 6.5 Lacs sq.ft area in about 210 offices

- Repair & Maintenance- Responsible to handling repair &maintenance of pan India offices wrt. infrastructure and office equipment

- Processes and compliance- Review of all facility projects processes and ensure compliances wrt processes and regulations

Key Initiatives :


- Lead/participate strategic initiatives, Implement best practices within the department basis industry benchmarking, Lead Six Sigma Project

- Leadership and Supervision - Leading a team of 10 -12 Facility professionals (FTEs+ Non FTEs), mentoring and coaching them to adapt new skill sets

Facility Relationship Management

- Perform ongoing relationship management in order to ensure better coordination with location spoc, zonal teams and HO. Frequent meeting with RMs, ZVPs to understand the field problems and provide resolution

Primary Interactions :

1. External - Vendors, landlords & property consultants Nature of interaction includes- Property selection and renewal negotiations, vendor & contractor interaction on contracts renewal and service level actions.

2. Internal - Channel Heads, Finance, Procurement, Legal & compliance, Marketing, ZVPs, RM's, ZO's
