Assistant Vice President - Program Management - Captive Shared Services

Our client, Captive Shared Services of a US MNC is looking to hire a Program Manager.

The job involves managing programs for different BU's and interacting and running these programs for Stake Holders across different geographies.

Programs shall strategic in nature and shall cut across different functions - viz - Process Excellence, Operations, HR, Comp & Ben, Transitions, Transformations, Digitization, Automation etc. The person shall be attached to the COO's office for these programs.

The ideal candidate should be a Management Post Graduate, preferably a female, having experience in BPO/ITES organization having experience in managing different programs.
