We need Very good understanding of IRDAI Product Regulations for this role.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the entire lifecycle of Product development from conceptualizing through filing, including related activities and launch.
- Manage product mix basis the unique channel dynamics to ensure product profitability.
- Managing stakeholders in driving Product agenda within the channel.
- Product development

- Audit and Compliance
Experience & Qualification requisites:
- Strong technical skills and understanding of key aspects of Insurance sales, product development, pricing, product filing and product strategy
- Strong analytical and communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in management from Premier B-school with 8-12 years of work experience
