Assistant Vice President - Product & Strategy - Real Estate - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (12-15 yrs)

You will be responsible for driving the product strategy for a specific region which will include existing as well as new projects. You should be able to identify new opportunities which will optimize the company's existing land bank.

Role & Responsibilities - 

- To devise the strategy for developing land bank and planning future growth of business in the region.

- Study the region comprehensively with respect to supply and demand, development potential and should be able to analyze the opportunity to identify trends and new concepts.

- Conduct extensive market research and incorporate the findings into project design, planning and pricing.

- To track competitor activity in the region from a new launch, concepts, pricing etc perspective and keep all stakeholders well informed about the latest development in the region.

- Should be able to develop business plans based on studies and research around project feasibility and costs.

- Should be able to conduct sensitivity analysis with respect to various input parameters.

- To identify the risk parameters across projects and the region to identify trends and take pre-emptive corrective actions.

What we need - 

- Bachelor's in architecture from a reputed college & MBA from a Premier Business school

- 12 -15 years of experience working with reputed Developers, RE focused Funds, IPC's

- Proven track record in project management

- Strong financial / analytical acumen - adept in financial modelling

- Well networked in the RE space

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
