Job Responsibilities :

- P&L responsibility for a portfolio of programs

- Build new programs and upgrade existing programs

- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to attract enrolments

- Interact with clients to ensure program launch and delivery

Candidate background :

- MBA with 12 to 18 years of overall experience, of which last 4 years in Edtech industry

- Experience in identifying market fit for the program and successful launches

- Experience in driving sales and marketing for online learning

- Experience in making data-driven decisions

- Experience in executing innovative projects
