AVP Product Manager

Roles and responsibilities :

The candidate will be responsible for the following :

1. To manage the existing tie ups of Bank with all leading manufacturer.

2. To enter into new tie-ups especially EV manufacturers.

3. To play a pivotal role in aligning the TW Loan policy of the bank with current market scenario in close coordination with credit team.

4. To analyse the market share of bank with each manufacturer & to devise strategies for reaching the No. 1 position.

5. Ensure appropriate communication channels with Manufacturers & Company Team on Pan India, so that the issues (if any) can be addressed at the earliest.

The candidate must have :

1. Strong academic background with masters from a reputed institute

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Languages known should include Hindi

4. Prior experience in handling Product Management activities preferably in Two Wheeler industry.

5. Ability to communicate clearly about issues/resolutions to various stakeholders

6. Skills to operate Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
