Assistant Vice President - Procurement Operations

- Graduate or post graduate with 12+ years of post-qualification experience

- Must be a people leader, handling large teams with core experience into leading operations (Experience into P2P Operations is a plus)

- Knowledge of operational metrics, dashboard reporting, driving SLA driven deadlines is a pre-requisite

- Proven People leadership skills and the ability to assess, develop, retain and nurture talent. Ability to drive team cohesiveness, collaboration and cooperation within team and cross functionally in a multi-cultural environment.

- Excellent executive presence with strong communication skills including presentation, verbal and written communication, fluency in English is a must

- Customer management/ customer interface with experience and ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify their specific requirements

- Should know what is happening in the outside market in the payments / shared services space

- Frequent contacts with internal/external customers and other company representatives at all levels of management

- Should be flexible to work in any of the 3 shifts between 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM

- Should have clear bent of mind to simplify and automate the area through latest cutting edge technologies in the market

- Ability to distil complex issues quickly, effectively communicate strategies, and summarize key points and implications

- Must be detail oriented with good problem-solving skills

- In-depth knowledge around Concur Expense tool is a plus

- Knowledge/Experience in contract interpretation is a plus
