AVP - Process Leader - Digital Ad tech Firm

Our client is a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. They are currently a 300+ people team, and growing extremely fast to gain more Digital Spends- market share with a mix of technology solutions & strong analytical services.

In pursuit of this, they seek to hire talented AVP/ VP - Process who'd help business to scale newer heights by delivering strong business performance for our clients and driving business efficiency in the company.

You'd need to be awesome at :

- Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives

- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and better customer experience

- Experience Process Excellence

- Strong Project Management skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Designing & monitoring key metrics

- Designing new process/ initiatives with the business teams, to improve specific metrics as required

- Startup experience, setup/ growth stage process definition and implementation experience is a plus

If you are :

- Having 8-12 years of process design experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up

- 4-5 years of process driven experience

- Highly organized and detail junkie

- Aggressive & can take control
