Assistant Vice President - Private Equity We have this opportunity with a Private Equity Client in Mumbai Experience level : 2 to 4 years Qualification : MBA / CA - Support the team across the entire investment value chain, including industry analysis, deal identification / origination, deal analysis including modelling, research & fieldwork, management meetings, due diligence, portfolio monitoring and management, and exit - Work with senior team members to prepare deal thesis, internal deal presentations, investment committee presentations - Macro research and presentation - Industry research to drive overall investment theme analysis or specific to potential target companies - Target company-oriented research and analysis; Reading and analyzing financial statements; Financial modeling and valuation - Assisting in the preparation of investment proposals - Co-ordinating, assisting in due diligence processes including working with due diligence agencies (financial, commercial, legal, ESG, background, etc.) and the target company as part of the investment process - Assisting in preparation of internal deal discussion memos and presentations - Working with internal and external legal teams and target company to ensure timely completion of deal-related activities - Monitoring financials and tracking business updates for existing portfolio companies; preparing and presenting formal and informal portfolio updates - Any other activities, initiatives as may be required or mandated as part of organization priorities
