- Supports the Project Manager in defining required scope, quality, cost

- Understands the impact of change requests

- Manages Risks and Issues

- Tracks and reports financial performance metrics

- Work with Project Manager to provide project governance and compliance, identifying and raising issues when necessary

- Helps ensure the project team follows all quality assurance processes
