What we are looking

1. Should have 3-6 years of experience in the Insurance domain

2. Should have experience in P&C Analytics

3. Shift Timings - 12pm to 9pm/ 1pm to 10pm

4. Domain- P&C Insurance experience mandatory

5. Tools - Python is mandatory and any other tool experience is add-on

6. Team Manager- Should- ve managed team of minimum 5-8+ people

7. Candidates from top 10 IIM Colleges will be eligible for this AVP role

8. Job location is Gurgaon

9. Budget is Open

What you will do:

1. Doing independent research, analyze, and present data as assigned

2. Expected to work in close collaboration with the team and clients on analytics projects for general insurance related to pricing/claim analysis

3. Predictive modeling based GLM for personal and commercial lines, developing statistical models in R, Python, SAS.

4. Develop detailed SAS codes for data preparation and model scoring to be used in the production

5. Critically examine and deep dive into models

6. Prepare detailed documentation of models and preparing presentations

7. Assist in learning and development of new team members

8. Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

9. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
