Role Title: OM AVP Job description - Prioritization of orders and fulfilling them on time as per requested ship date (RSDD) without escalations. - Implement processes which reduce partial shipment. - Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time pick up of shipment and use the correct mode of conveyance. - Drive improvement in key SCM/OM metric - SCOT%, OTD%, In region network health%/OOP%, Supplier performance, forecasting accuracy, MAPE, Order fill rate etc. - Should be able to advise planning and forecasting teams on bottle necks and gaps which adversely impact order fulfillment on time. - Drive reduction in Backlog orders through process improvements as well as by working closely with the planning team. - Track and improve order entry time to drive improvement in overall OTD. - Explore opportunities to deploy Digital Solutions wherever applicable in the entire Order Management value chain. - Regular communication with Suppliers to ensure material is available on time. - Keeping a close watch on repair PO's and follow up in case of delay, for repair related orders - Manage and lead large teams and ensure seamless execution of order mgmt transactions. - Drive optimization in the workforce through innovative levers to increase business profitability. - Create a robust workforce and ensure a high level of retention and employee engagement. - Create robust processes to ensure SLAs are met consistently. - Identify projects to drive improvements in the outcome metrics for client's businesses regularly. Essential Skills: - A proven track record in supply chain management with a specialization in order management/fulfillment, in an outsourced environment. Direct exposure to clients in the Hi Tech industry - eg consumer electronics, Office Electronic Products etc - Candidate should have worked in SCM/OM roles for at least 8-12 years in the outsourced environment. The overall experience of 15+ years - The candidate should be proficient in the use of ERP (SAP &amp; Oracle), support tools and Microsoft Office software suite. - Candidate should be able to work with multiple clients and build strong relationships. - Candidate should have managed large teams for at least 5-8 years. - Knowledge on Digital tools that are applicable to OM domain would be an added advantage. - Exposure into forecasting, planning and inventory management would be preferable. - Certification in Lean Six Sigma would be a big advantage.
