Assistant Vice president - LAS Operations Manager - Collateral Management LAS & Retail Asset - NBFC

Core Actionables :

- Knowledge of Retail Assets Products LAS - Preferred

- Taking care of sale of shares of the Customers

- Handling Pledge/ Release activity

- Responsible for entire payin of shares, Stock Reconciliation

- Monitoring Portfolio as per Credit Approvals & Approved List

- Complete Control of Scrip addition in the system as per the Approval

- Daily monitoring of Shortfall with intra day prices & closing prices

- Day End Stock Recon & System EOD

- Co-ordinating with DP team on stock pledges, stock releases

- Exchange Pledge Reporting

- CIC Reporting to CIBIL

Support Activities :

- Supporting the daily disbursements

- Publication of MIS to management

- Portfolio Reconciliation

- Preparation of ppt for RMC

- Sharing inputs on Risk Processes, collateral processes

Skills, Qualification :

- Should be MBA/ CA with sound knowledge of capital market

- Good Understanding of Credit Policy, Risk Policy and LAS product

- Knowledge of Retail Assets Products LAS- Preferred

- Good Knowledge of Excel, MIS preparation

- Experience should be of 5 to 8 years in relative field

- Soft Skills : Willing to learn newer products, ready to understand processes of other teams , good communication as job involves co-ordination with business teams
