Need for AVP to provide leadership to the Company's technical/functional teams and to cross-collaborate with peer Company leaders to attain, maintain and enhance all IT service level agreements as regards internal and external user communities. To provide leadership to the Company's IT teams in attaining organization goals, operate/maintain platform with continuous enhancements, incorporate additional automations and functionalities on an ongoing basis, interact with senior stakeholders in defining business requirements and roadmap to drive organizational goals. Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Systems, or equivalent, preferably Master's degree (B-Tech, MCA or MBA IT from reputed university) 2. Should have managed large project and operational teams with a team size of 15+ 3. Project/Program/Operation Management experience 4. Good exposure to pre-sales activities like responding to RFPs, RFQs and building up proposals 5. Good Understanding of ITIL model. Good Understanding of IT Metrics and Processes 6. Experience of latest technologies related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Natural language processing, big data, BOTs, automations and tools/frameworks related to these areas. Essential : 1. PMP and ITIL certified 2. Experience of 12+ years in IT Applications Application Management Arena with a strong focus on customer service and having overall experience of 7 to 8 years in similar industry 3. 5+ years of Program Mgmt 4. 7+ years of project management 5. Programming Languages: JAVA, HTML, XML, ARS, PL/SQL or BMC products like Remedy (ChatBot, Innovation Suite, Business Workflows, DWPA, Service Broker, CMDB, etc).
