Roles and Responsibilities : - Providing leadership initiatives in managing the flow of day to day operations of the Design and Research team - Optimizing and managing the request, which contributes to the delivery of value to business aligned with best practices and standards - Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations - Overseeing and developing a distributed team of Research Assistants and Design professionals - Evolving the team and have a passion for growing staff within the organization - Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of the team - Being a SPOC for various business head and department - Collaborating with the team, business heads and management to uncover pain points and opportunities to accelerate the delivery of new values Prerequisites : - An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within a rapidly changing business environment - Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate vision, possibilities, and outcomes across all levels in the organization - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Team-orientation with an ability to work on multiple projects at once - Demonstrate the ability to take the initiative and interact with all levels of the team - Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) - Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Corel Draw to accelerate delivery Education : - Graduate / MBA - preferred Work Experience : - 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience including team management, preferably in the financial service industry Compensation : Commensurate with industry standards Job Location : Pune
