Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate with experience of minimum 7 years in the field of Operation and Customer Services
- Experience of managing large distribution network
- Experience of Bank / NBFC Lending Operation is must
- Experience of working with Start up will be added advantage
- Preparation of operational manual and manage strategic vision of the company
- Recruitment of team members and ensure effective delivery of the team members
- Managing Customer Service Desks Directly and through team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers and business associates
- Close coordination with the IT team to ensure timely implementation of various projects and automation drives
- Coordination with the Business Team members on day to day basis to ensure proper handling of loan and customer documents with updated trackers for reference
- Support to Call-centre manager
- Liaison with the operational team of various banks and NBFCs to ensure timely disbursement of loan to customers with zero errors in transaction
- Interaction with the Risk and Compliance Team
- Ensure adherence to process & documentation standards
- Responsible to follow policies as per guidelines & audit rating of the company. Ensure comprehensive compliance with all internal, regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services from a operation perspective
