- Works as a subject matter expert in commercial credit space of auto financing / Small and mid-ticket leading / equipment financing etc

- Leading operations and spearheading processes for excelling business targets for the Business Unit

- Meet all people management metrics: Responsible for Attrition, Manpower requirement, Capacity planning, Utilization and Scheduling, Productivity per person, Monitoring, Time Management, Seat Utilization, Statement of Work, Business Continuity Plan, Reports, Dashboards, other deliverables as required

- Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations

- Proactively resolve people issues and ensure that attrition is well below the defined target

- Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives

- Develop and implement measurement systems and provide insightful analytics around the metrics.

- Deep technical expertise and data orientation in controllership, Management Information System and Service delivery

You will work closely with the junior, middle and senior management personnel of the client in origination, underwriting and portfolio management teams and will lead this team and be responsible for delivery of output for multiple clients.

You will be expected to be focused on Banking Financial Services & Capital Market industry's realities and pain points with a focus on commercial credit domain and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.

Responsibilities

- Effective communication skills and equipped with excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

- Knowledge around automation tools and technologies preferable
