This role will require - Strong Banking and or Insurance domain knowledge and working experience. - Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes. - Oversee day-to-day company operations. - Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&amp;L responsibilities to the tune of USD 10 Million. - Must be client facing and have great customer management skills with an executive presence. - Must have a strong understanding of Lean Sigma back ground and Black Belt certification will be a plus.
