- Co-ordination with Senior Management team for defining brokerage pattern/structure for the partners on monthly basis as well as for ongoing NFOs - Adherence of regulations set by SEBI/AMFI with regards to brokerage payout - Communication of brokerage structures to partners, Banking and distribution channel, National Distributors and Alternate channels. - Incorporation of Brokerage rate in internal system (BRMS-Brokerage Rate Management System) and ensure the payout as per communicated rates - Co-ordination with Finance as well as with backend team for freezing the communicated rates in the system - Close coordination with Segment Head / Zonal Head/ Regional Head for additional tie-up rates to be provided for certain partners and ensure correct payout as per commitment - Coordination with Segment Head for the various contest offered and ensuring correct payout - Finalization of Annual tie-up policy for partners, communication of annual tie-up to the team as well as to the partner as per the business requirement and ensuring monthly / quarterly / yearly payout as required - Updating (DTER - Distributable total expense ratio) in system and ensure that payout for each scheme is as per the guidelines set by AMFI - Coordination with backend audit team with the help of Finance/Karvy and ensuring that payout is not exceeding the DTER of the scheme - Rollout of region wise MIS to sales team giving snapshot of partner wise performance and impact of tie-up offered - Co-ordination with AMFI for industry agent database, Mapping of non registration partners and its industry contribution with the help of MIS team and sharing the details with senior management team for further analysis Kindly apply only if you are handling operations for Mutual fund industry .
