Assistant Vice President - Operational Risk & Audit - BFSI (9-17 yrs)
We are looking for someone who has good exposure towards Risk & Audit profile in BFSI domain.
- Implement all risk practices as per regulatory and legal guidelines/requirements.
- Design and implement business risk assessment and management framework based on industry best practices.
- Supervise a team of Risk Managers and Risk Officers.
- Design, review and execute score based branch rating tool as per risk assessment of all branches on a periodic basis.
- Work with field operations team in effectively optimizing detected risk elements as well as provide critical inputs in improvisation of operational processes and policies.
- Ensure preparation of risk related reports and presentations to the concerned management team.
