Role Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Vice President (AVP) to join our team in Pune.

- This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role that focuses on operational risk management, compliance, and control functions.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advisory services, policy development, and risk assessment frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Risk Management: Conduct risk and control self-assessments, develop frameworks, and mitigate operational risks effectively.

- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and monitor controls to address compliance gaps.

- Advisory Services: Provide strategic guidance on compliance matters and conflict-of-interest scenarios.

- Policy Development: Rework internal policies to align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

- Framework Design: Build and enhance risk management frameworks to support enterprise objectives.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in operational risk, compliance, and control mechanisms.

- Proficiency in policy development, advisory services, and framework design.

- Experience in conducting risk assessments and managing conflicts of interest.
