As AVP of Offline Growth, you'll be responsible for Reseller growth over offline channels.
- Building and scaling acquisition channels for Offline growth e.g. events, association tie-ups, classified ads, etc.
- Managing offline acquisition budgets and meeting offline activation targets.
- Building and managing territory-specific teams.
What we look for:
- 6-10 years of experience with BTL marketing.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience of having built and scaled offline growth channels.
- Cultural fit: Structured problem solving skills. Willingness to experiment fast. Ability to work in a flat hierarchy. Excellent communication skills.
