Assistant Vice President - Marketing & Growth

- Our client is a small, niche dairy farm based out of Hyderabad, providing truly natural and healthy wholesome food to families.

- An 8-year-old company, it is now looking to expand its Sales& distribution operations in Hyderabad.

- We are looking to build a strong customer acquisition and growth strategy that enables a sustainable scaling of the business. Planning, development & execution of all marketing strategies, communications & PR activities across Digital, Outdoor & On-ground activities

Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for someone who can :

- Lead the teams/resources of branding, advertisement, digital marketing, PR a to build the company's Brand and drive its business growth.

- Determine specific and actionable marketing goals in alignment with companys annual objectives and growth targets

- Create a detailed plan of execution to achieve annual/quarterly/ monthly targets based on the business plan.

- Capability building of the marketing function across digital marketing, brand management and offline marketing.

Eligibility : Masters degree in Marketing
