Role - Assistant Vice President - Marketing

Location - Gurgaon

Purpose of the Role :

Responsible to Design and implement the marketing strategy to help deliver Organization's objectives and achieve revenue goals

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning -

- Develop marketing and channel strategy for the portfolio of services in line with the business objectives which supports building awareness of the brand and generating leads

- Create an annual marketing plan in line with strategy and ensure implementation of the same within defined budgets with the support of the team.

- Plan the launch of new products and releases along with overseeing the cross-functional implementation of the plan

Communications & Outreach -

- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market

- Oversee execution of both internal and external communication while ensuring enhanced target audience experience by using diverse marketing tools & techniques

- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.

- Leverage various ATL channels like Social, Digital, Influencer Marking, PR etc. and BTL channels like events to distribute the content.

- Select and manage vendors to execute the marketing strategy.

- Ensure Lead Generation targets are fulfilled using a mix of online activities, SEO/SEM, databases, emails, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Ensure consistent messaging on brand and product websites and continuously increasing conversion rates

Team Management -

- Lead and nurture the marketing team by monitoring performance on an ongoing basis and ensuring continuous development of the team.

Qualification & Experience:

- Post Graduate in Marketing with 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in Marketing (preferably B2B)

- Should have experience in marketing communication and brand management

- Should have experience of executing ATL / BTL activities for activations
